Shipping Process
USPS Ground or UPS Ground Cost from $6.50 & UP (USA & PR). The estimated time for process your order is 2-4 business days (During high order volumes or for personalized items, processing may take a little longer.) . Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or delivery zones. ♥ If the address entered in the system at the time of processing the order is incorrect and the carrier returns the package, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again. In case the customer chooses not to receive the merchandise, as long as it is not a personalized item, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost (as shown on the purchase receipt) will be deducted. ***♥ You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds
♥ All sales are FINAL (CHECK your cart before processing the order).
♥ We DO NOT offer any type of refund, instead we offer store credit if a
product come with a manufactory damage.
STORE CREDIT
♥ Your online credit must be used entirely in your new purchase. Any remaining balance is not carried over.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
♥ Returns are accepted up to 3 days AFTER DELIVERY. If 3 days have gone by and you did not complete the return shipment for exchange (postal stamped date), unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
♥ Please send us an email to cocobalee305@gmail.com with your exchange request (include pictures) to be approved (your items must be unused and in the same conditions that you received them). Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of CocoBalee's error.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so modifications or cancellations are only possible within a short window after placing your order. Please contact our support team immediately, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. ***If communication is not made promptly, the cancellation cannot be processed and the order will be confirmed for shipping.
