Custom pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply because you change your mind, select the wrong size, or submit incorrect personalization information.
This includes pieces personalized with:
Names • Initials • Dates • Words • Messages • Measurements • Sizes • Engravings • Charms • Other customer-selected details

Once the production error is confirmed, COCOBALEE will arrange the appropriate correction or replacement at no additional cost to you.
This exception applies only to errors made during production by COCOBALEE and does not apply to incorrect information originally submitted by the customer.
COCO BY FIT pieces are prepared according to the size or length selected by you.
Because the chain is prepared specifically to your requested measurement, COCO BY FIT pieces are considered customized items and are FINAL SALE.
