These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the COCOBALEE website and your purchase of products from COCOBALEE LLC (“COCOBALEE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced throughout our website.
By using this website and placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a purchase transaction under applicable law.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing or inventory errors, or misuse of our website.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no other lawful basis permits us to retain the payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including colors, finishes, materials, sizes, measurements, photographs, and descriptions.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, materials, and normal production variations.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product are not necessarily considered defects.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, or inventory errors.
COCOBALEE custom jewelry is created specifically according to the personalization information submitted with your order.
Customizations may include:
Names • Initials • Dates • Words • Messages • Engravings • Measurements • Sizes • Charms • Other customer-selected details
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, our custom jewelry is primarily made from stainless steel.
Because personalized pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom and personalized jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, exchange, or change-of-mind refund.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before completing checkout.
Your jewelry will be produced using the information submitted with your order.
If you submit an incorrect name, spelling, date, measurement, size, or other personalization detail and COCOBALEE produces the item according to that information, the resulting personalization is not considered a COCOBALEE production error.
If we make an error during production and the finished piece does not match the personalization information shown on your order, we will make it right.
This includes an engraving or spelling error made by COCOBALEE during production.

Once a qualifying COCOBALEE production error is confirmed, we may provide an appropriate correction or replacement at no additional cost.
This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
COCO BY FIT pieces are prepared according to the size or length selected by the customer.
Because the product is prepared specifically to your requested measurement, COCO BY FIT products are final sale.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct measurement before completing checkout.
If COCOBALEE produces a measurement different from the measurement shown on the applicable order confirmation, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery so we can review the issue.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation.
If processing or production has not begun, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once production of a custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-size item has begun, the order cannot ordinarily be changed or canceled.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Standard processing time is generally 2–4 business days, although custom items, launches, holidays, and high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
Shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico is available through applicable services such as USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, with rates beginning at $6.95 and varying according to factors such as destination, package weight, and selected service.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

COCOBALEE does not provide change-of-mind monetary refunds.
Eligible non-personalized merchandise may qualify for an exchange or store credit according to our published Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Custom and personalized merchandise is final sale except for qualifying COCOBALEE production errors or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Our return policies form part of these Terms.
The appearance and lifespan of jewelry may vary depending on frequency of wear, storage, exposure to chemicals or abrasive materials, environmental conditions, care, and individual body chemistry.
Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
COCOBALEE branding, logos, original product photographs, graphics, written content, artwork, original designs, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by COCOBALEE LLC or used with authorization, as applicable.
Protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.
We may use third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, customer communication, and other services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, COCOBALEE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.
This provision does not exclude or limit liability, warranties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Texas law permits contractual limitations on certain remedies but also establishes circumstances in which such limitations cannot operate as written; this savings language is therefore intentional.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which COCOBALEE provides products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, services, policies, or applicable requirements.
